It’s just a little added touch to a piece that some NSFW artists decide to add to their characters. Really wouldn’t help with SFW artists, since they’re characters would usually be fully dressed, so what would be the point in considering a beauty mark to be there. But for NSFW artists, the skies the limits, and you need to add something distinct to add a bit of character to the well…character.
