Well, I know Kinky won’t be too happy about this one. Re:Zero Season 2 has been pushed back into the summer season due to none other than… wait for it… the coronavirus. An official statement specified that the broadcast airing time will be moved back into July. You can read all of that with the power of Google translate for yourself here. I tell you what, every day I have to say another prayer that my favorite anime and video games coming from Japan won’t get delayed due to this shit.

The worst part is that it’s hard to divulge what’s actually fake and true in the news regarding anything related to corona. There was an epic meme going around lately that Tower of God was getting delayed as well. Luckily amidst further investigation it was found to not be true and there are no other sources that I can find that make the claim. I was about to pop off though because I’m actually excited to see what all of the hype is around that project. Plus I want to see how that opening is gonna be. K-pop + anime? That shit’s either going to be one of the best, most unique openings in a while… or absolute trash. The whole news thing applies to corona itself too. I was curious about the mortality rate, but a quick search online left me somewhere between 2 and 11 percent. I’m just trying to see if I need to speed up this whole “fucking someone before I die” process or nah.

While we’re on the subject, I wanted to share some interesting news. Apparently the word in the neighborhood is that someone who lives close to both Kinky and I has been infected with the coronavirus. Now I’m a firm believer in the philosophy that nothing so globally important will ever have anything to do with me so I’m not really taking many precautions apart from the usual washing of hands and not spending time around people showing symptoms. To be real though if I’m gonna catch it I’m probably gonna catch it. Even with trying to be vigilant, I know my dumbass will probably end up scratching my nose or something and fuck it all up anyway. Moral of the story is that if audio doujins, Let’s Review Some Bitches, blogs, any stuff like that starts not coming out you’ll know what happened. Pour one out for us, if you would.
