When life mimicks art, things can get interesting. Our hero, 27-year old Blaine Hodge, was at a California Starbucks with a friend when an incident broke out. It's believed to be a case of domestic violence. A man tried to attack a woman with what people described to be a machete. Sensing the call to action, Blaine put himself between the two and fought the man off. 

Blaine and the woman sustained some injuries, but are both alive. The suspect was taken into custody later. Blaine's friend, without any hesitation, said his intervention definitely saved the woman's life.

Blaine was taken to the hospital for his injuries. A GoFundMe, linked HERE, was set up to help with the cost of his recovery, and it quickly blew way past the goal. As of this writing, $53,056 was raised against a goal of $9,000. 

Another interesting detail of Blaine Might (Or All Blaine?), is that he's an artist. He has a SoundCloud account, linked HERE. His Facebook page, linked HERE, says that his new album, titled "The Mind of a Hero", will be dropping soon. He also warned people about fake profiles and GoFundMe pages trying to scam people by pretending to be him.
