What was the coolest thing about the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime? They could make digital constructs of the monsters, spells, and traps. Placing cards down on the field and watching them come to life was always a source of cool graphics. Fans of the series have been waiting for that level of awesome since Yu-Gi-Oh! first came out. With the advent of VR and AR technology, we should have already gotten that. I mean, how cool would it be to put on a headset and use an accompanying duel disk to duel someone in virtual reality? Fans have us covered, for now. 

@reoasxdtmgt posted some videos to his twitter feed showing off what they've been able to do with a cellphone.
