I’m not sure how many of you have heard about the Russia and Ukraine situation, but it’s fucking crazy. Russia is pretty much trying to take over Ukraine, and putting a shut down on everything that has anything to do with America in Russia. So this means making interaction between the USA and Russia pretty much impossible. Taking down shops that have anything to do with America, so no more McDonalds for those fat Russians. And taking down American websites like Patreon, which has affected many Russian artists, artists such as our favorite RWBY artist Aestheticc Meme.

You hear a lot of people talk about how America is such a shitty country to live in, but nah, when you take a look at what all these other people are dealing with, I’d totally rather worry about the shit I have to deal with in America. Like shit, at least we got Wendy's here.

Luckily, our amazing Russian artist isn’t completely on hiatus or anything, only from Patreon. Since they can’t receive any money from there, they’ll just be uploading pieces casually on Twitter until the whole Russia thing is solved…whenever that’ll be. Aestheticc isn’t on the site, but there’s a site called Boosty, that many Russian artists and creators have migrated to, until their shitty situation is resolved.

So just keep an eye on Aestheticc Twitter for any update on his situation. I’m happy he has enough to last him a whole year, but he shouldn’t have to be in such a stupid situation in the first place.
