Did anyone believe one of the devs when he said he didn't think anyone would find the main character of Atelier Ryza sexy? She's a cute thicc girl in a JRPG. The lewds were bound to happen. Modders have taken up the task of making things that much better with a bunch of different mods. 

The brilliant minds at LoversLab have a thread discussing mods that lewd the waifus of Atelier Ryza, which you can see HERE. Page 2 has some good things too.

The first mod hikes up skirts to show off panties. I like where this is going.

Then there's the transparent shirt mod. Again, I like where this is going.

Unfortunately, RatFlat has said he would not be releasing the mods "for now". 

This is all rather timely as there's a contest going on. Koei Tecmo is holding a photo contest to celebrate their newly-added photo mode. You can see the details HERE. Lewd photos probably won't win, especially if mods are being used, so I don't suggest it. Just pointing out the photo mode and contest. Gamers can pull off creative stuff with photo mode.
