Japanese Company Will Confess On Your Behalf

It's not exactly easy confessing to another person. If you're shy, this can be almost impossible. While you hope for the best, you kind of expect the worst. At best, you get a 'no'. At worst, well... Anyway, if things go well, you walk away hand-in-hand with the person you like most.

Well, seekers of love and happiness have a strong ally in the battlefield of love. Kokunavi, a portmanteau of the words 'kokuhaku', which is the word for 'love confession', and 'navigation'. They'll help you navigate a love confession. There's different packages for different needs, which we'll break down, and then discuss how sad this all is.

The "simple course" will have an agent of Kokunavi confess to a person for the customer, and deliver the response back to the customer. This package costs ¥29,000, or around $260.

The "support course" will grant a customer access to confession experts, to get the wording and setting of a confession down. This package costs ¥59,000, or around $530.

The "premium course" will schedule five conferences with experts that uses data analytics to determine what has worked and what hasn't worked in different confessions to determine what confession has the highest probability to work. This package costs ¥149,000, or $1,340.

Now for the sad part. Is this seriously needed? Like I said, it's not easy to confess to someone, especially if you're shy. But this! This can't be the best alternative. It's not cheap, especially the last one. There's a page that shows different testimonials from happy customers, which you can see HERE. How many of you people would be happy to receive a love confession via third party? I mean, if it works, it works, but come on. Gather some courage and speak the words your heart wants you to speak. Love is a battlefield.

A Rip-Off. You're being ripped off.

C'mon, when are ANY actual RL relationships cheap? Was married for 10 years and luckily when I got divorced we split amicably. (We had never pooled our financial accounts or anything of the sort. The few things that we had joint ownership of, we worked out.) I got lucky, most guys don't. And I'm STILL scared to try and compute how much I spent on her over those years, and vice versa.

Not terribly uncommon. A fan of Borderlands got Gearbox to propose to his girlfriend for him via Claptrap. It was funny. Probably more of a cute shared fandom way to do so, but it's still by a third party.

Someone was watching Date A Live when they came up with this.
