I won't pretend to know much about Gem Trader or Gem Trader 2. This is literally the first I'm hearing of it. According to some searches, it's a Chinese mobile game and some noticable microtransactions. It's being ported to Japan, and I think we all know why.

That that wasn't first made in Japan is a disgrace. Why didn't Japan think of a mobile game where you can use your fingers to move some clothes around on a cute waifu? Take a look at this too:

Well, better late than never. According to these twitter posts, seen HERE and HERE, preregistrations are open for the JP version. These sites, seen HERE and HERE, confirm the games are coming sometime between now and June. You can find a couple of PVs below

Clearly this game is never coming to the west.
