Man, I was so excited when I heard that Tokyo Ghoul: Re was getting an anime. I enjoyed the manga with all it’s great character development and foreshadowing. But sad to say, Studio Clown did not learn from their Tokyo Ghoul Root A mistakes. Tokyo Ghoul: Re was a rushed mess, and Tokyo Ghoul: Re 2 is an even worst mess than the first. Them trying to recreate the Tokyo Ghoul 1 Opening, by creating similar visuals and bringing back TK (Tokyo Ghoul: Re 2 Opening is trash, fight me!) But even so, they did one thing right in my eyes, and that’s...SPOILERS...the sex scene between Touka and Kaneki.

Firstly, it’s a sex scene! The first thing they did right was not cutting it out (like so many other scenes) and not censoring it . The scene had so much more impact compared to the other shitty thrown together scenes they’ve shown us so far. And dare I say, had more impact than the manga! The scene made me want to have someone I could say I loved, it was so sweet and passionate. Warning, don’t watch this scene while single, it’ll only hurt more. And what completed the scene for me was the music track they decided to use, Remembering (Which I listen to while writing this article.) The song just bought everything full circle, giving the whole scene that last extra push to becoming amazing. Almost brings a tear to my eye…

Alright guys, let’s get back to the shit next week, cause this is the best we’re going to get.
