Watch out everyone, give a mouse a cookie and he’ll want some damn milk. I couldn’t stay away after getting another taste of the sex game review life, so we’re back today to investigate another title. This time we were asked to take a drive into Town of Sins by Hooligart and see what perverted fantasies and mischief await us there. This shares some resemblance with their other game Cunt Empire that I checked out last week in that it’s a free browser game, but this time with a new approach to gameplay.

Production

The art is a very familiar style though it does lean more to a cartoony look in some cases. I must say I usually get pretty limp with this kind of art but they came up with some hot drawings here and there that’s for sure. A lot of the card designs especially caught my eyes’ and my dick’s attention. The music once again won’t be winning any awards however I don’t expect much from a free browser game and I don’t think that’s really what anyone is showing up for. While not amazing, I don’t have anything blatantly negative to say here.

Gameplay

Uh oh, did I say card designs earlier? That’s right, we’ve got a lewd card game on our hands. I never got too deep into Hearthstone or similar titles but on the surface level I see a lot of similarities between those games and this one. Obviously the cards aren’t nearly as expansive and the systems as in-depth as those mainstream ones, however I was actually impressed with what I did find. There seemed to be a good enough variety to the cards because everytime I challenged a difficult NPC they had a deck full of shit I’d never seen before. The cards also had a bunch of unique effects, all on brand of course: marijuana, condoms, viagra, whips, STDs and more appeared. The effects offered extra bonuses such as marijuana healing a card after it attacks which made the gameplay deepen up a bit. Honestly for a free card game I can’t ask for much else. The core mechanic of combining cards to make stronger ones never got tiresome due to just how many possibilities you can work with. This shit was fucking fun for free.

The Sex

Uh oh… I might have some blatantly negative things to say here. What the fuck happened? I had to check everywhere I could think of because I couldn’t believe the sexual rewards you get in this game. You unlock… pictures… accompanied by 3-4 sentences of descriptive text. Not voiced. I kept thinking, surely there’s something else, there has to be something else you unlock. I looked and I looked and found nothing.  I even went back to the game’s description page, however it only mentioned the lewd pictures as a reward. I’m still not entirely convinced there’s no other reward and if I do find it I’ll come back and change this review. Holy shit though, this game has a ton of cards, card combos, an arena, an adventure mode, events, and we really focused on all that shit more than the sex? I mean yes I actually thoroughly enjoyed my time with the gameplay but I don’t expect this to become the next Magic The Gathering. When you have a game like this the point is usually to collect your favorite cards, girls, units, etc. so you can get some steamy scenes with them, because you’ll never be able to do that with regular big name games. God forbid I’m playing this to unlock pictures accompanied by descriptions that often wouldn’t qualify as paragraphs.

TL;DR Fun, engaging card game mechanics and solid production completely overshadow the lackluster sex… in a sex game… 2/5

If there was an update that added way more lines of text to the artwork rewards, I could change my tune. Hell throw in some voice acting and we’d really be getting somewhere. As it stands, I can’t see anybody investing time into unlocking what’s available here. If you’re a card game fanatic go for it, it’s free after all, otherwise I’d redirect you to Cunt Empire for a browser game with superior sexual rewards. Do you enjoy card games?
