There’s nothing I love more than hearing about news involving sex technology. Everyday I live is a step closer to being able to fuck a sex-robot that is so lifelike I can finally say I’m not a virgin anymore and it will be technically true. In the short time of three days she has already amassed thousands of followers and claimed a top spot on the adult chatting site Chaturbate.

Now you may be wondering how all this shit works. Some people are saying this is a leap in AI, waifus are here, yadda yadda and quite frankly they need to shut the fuck up. I took to the streets and investigated how this whole thing is working, and it basically is very similar to previous 3D entertainers like Kizuna Ai. A girl is talking to you through the video (in English tho baby!) and using motion capture to make the 3D model copy her movements and expressions. Really I wouldn’t call this that scientific or technology-focused, but I would say it’s forward-thinking in the sense that it’s normalizing the act of puppeteering models live for a sexual purpose. It is new and exciting, just not quite from a technological standpoint.

Reception so far has been pretty good. Tons of people are drawing fanart and chatting about the inevitable robot takeover. There are a few naysayers of course who still think cumming to anything animated is dumb as hell and we’re lame for doing so, but as far as I can tell that’s easily the minority in this conversation. Really, the only palpable opposition came from other camgirls in the industry. As you might imagine, they weren’t too happy to be losing viewers to a 3D model. But I must say, the phrase “adapt or die” comes to mind (plus the fact that the people who watch hentai and the people who support camgirls don’t typically overlap). Made for some juicy drama though if you’re into that.
