In the Age of Citrus, yuri is sitting in an alright spot right now. After watching the latest episode to help I convince myself that I'm not a loser and it's just that girls in real life are all lesbians and thus simply aren't attracted to guys like me, I decided I couldn't stop there. Eh, watching yuri I mean. I needed some timeless yuri classics to take the edge off. And as I sat shifting through some of my favorites to go back to, I realized it was time to put my money where my dick was and introduce another artist. Without further ado, I gotta talk about a personal favorite of mine, Mira!

Now that I'm in debt to KFC, let's learn a little something. Mira, actually known as peachpulsar.... but also known as Nightpulsar... and also peachpulsar is her doujin circle... but it might be just her? Listen Google translate can only do so much to let me read her website. From the name and interest we can be confident the artist is a girl (because that's what we always do to feel better around here). One thing is certain: even Google translate was able to tell me she focuses on female homosexual relationships. Basically what we all could of fucking guessed to start with.
I want to preface the reccommendation section by saying some of you who have been in the doujin game a while may think Mira's dead considering how old these picks are. I assure you, she's not, in fact she had two doujins come up on the site in January. It's just hard to compare them to some of her godlike older shit. Also on an unrelated note, I want to give a special honorable mention to My Daughter's Girlfriend. It's not everyday you get some mom on daughter's friend action, and if it were a little longer this list would be very different let me tell you.
You can't talk about Mira without bringing up this early claim to fame. Basically, two girls meet up while trying to survive the Earth's cold temperatures. Obviously they huddle up to preserve body heat, and obviously they fuck promptly afterwards. Eventually they end up at the same village and overcome hardships while meeting new female characters that also get down a lot. Nice, simple, and with plenty of action to go around.
For many of you this doujin might not need an introduction, even if you aren't a huge yuri fan. This was actually the first Mira doujin I got into, and damn son, I got into that bitch alright. The story is simple and cute (a trend you may notice in most of Mira's works): while visiting an island a girl meets a troubled, tanner girl and they end up fucking rather quickly thanks to the magic of alcohol. Moving forward they combat typical relationship struggles and familial discrimiantion problems to try and make it together. Do they marry? Does hate trump love? You'll have to fap to find out.
Aww yea baby here we go! Some of you might already be typing up a paragraph of why my taste is shit and how the #2 doujin clearly has better art, character designs, or what-have -you. Let's be honest though, that's nothing new so hear your boi out. I love yuri, but the same vanilla shit gets a little old after 20 doujins or so. This 198 page collection of pure kinky shit hit the spot in a way that Mira's other works couldn't for me. Seeing the corruption and eventual restoration of an innocent little yuri girl buttered my biscuit just right.There's also true love in it too for you purists, so its really got something for both sides of the sexy spectrum.
