Now this might be a weeb thing to say, but Japanese food is the BEST!!! I’ve had it a few times, and everytime I do, it’s just a joy in my mouth. The first time I think I tried real Japanese food was when I was in high school on a trip to Japan Fest. I tried myself a beef bowl and let me just say…that shit was as good as they say in the anime.

Shit was TOO good.

After that, I went to a Japanese restaurant, Japanese convenience stores. I even tried those Japanese subscription snack boxes, like Bokksu.

And everytime I have some kind of Japanese product, I'm always surprised by how different it tastes from the American food I usually eat. I’m also always surprised by how good it is. But I’m not going to be a mega weeb or super simp and say that everything Japanese food I’ve eaten was just bomb ass fucking amazing. Some things I’ve tried are either mid or I just straight up didn’t like. 

Calm down there tiger.

For example, their tea just doesn’t hit right, and dangos, even though it’s always shown in anime and such being enjoyed. I didn’t really like my dango eating experience that much.

Maybe it’s because it’s just not something I eat everyday, that’s why when I finally do have real Japanese food that isn’t just cup ramen noodles, it’s a crazy experience for my taste buds. God, writing about makes me want to get some Japanese food right now!!!
