Gura Face Is Leaving People Immensely Disappointed

VTubers are becoming a really big and hot thing around the internet lately. At first, it was a special thing that just a few people did, and it felt like it was something complex and hard to do. Now anyone can become a cute, anime VTuber. But what happens when you finally see the VTuber behind the cute anime girl? Are you going to be immensely disappointed? This twitter user made a tweet expressing their disappointment in finding out how VTuber Gura looks behind the cute little shark gremlin anime girl.

Now some people agree with the user, while others don’t. My take away from this is, why be disappointed? We all knew Gura wasn’t a real anime girl. And the real Gura still looks like an annoying and cute gremlin just like Gura. The girl isn’t ugly, and we should all know she wasn’t going to look like Gura. Now I would be immensely disappointed if I found out Gura was a guy. Now that would have made me mad. Any VTuber lying about their gender would upset me.

Just be happy this isn't the real Gura.

So I feel like this twitter user is just being stupid and expected something ridiculous. Just another day on Twitter I guess. Dumb opinions and stupid hot takes.

If someone is disappointed that their favourite VTuber isn't a sharky gremlin loli and is actually an adorable-cute meganekko, then there is something profoundly wrong with them and the society that created them.

I think it's a bad idea to be taking part in spreading this information around in the first place. VTubers and their agencies take their privacy very importantly, and making an article further exposing Gura's face when it's not intended to be known comes off as a bit unethical.

Firstly, fuck the person who wrote that tweet. Secondly, given that Vtubers are all about their voices and personalities, so long as they pull that off well, who gives a damn what they look like.

I wouldn’t even be mad if it was a guy to be honest. I’m able to differentiate reality from fiction. I like the character, so I don’t care who is voicing them. There are plenty of anime girls and boys voiced by the opposite gender in anime, so how is this different.

As a hardcore otaku, don't bring your anime expectations to real life. Calm down and realize if you want real puss she ain't going to look like 99% of anime girls. I think the chick behind Gura is ok looking but I only care about the moe avatar so I'm going to forget what she looks like in real life.

With today's technology once you have a picture you can get a name and address, and then the stalking starts. Stalking is precisely the reason why Nijisanji's Lulu stopped being a vtuber because her name and personal details were found out and Nijisanji didn't do enough to help her. Kiryu Coco, the #1 superchatted vtuber stopped being a vtuber after the Chinese cyberstalked her for months.
