The story is mostly plain to see there: lead an army to save the world. However, there's a few caveats not mentioned that bring the lewd factor in. You play as the last man on Earth, in a society ruled by women who have never seen a man before. You quickly get their attention. The reasons aren't very clear, but the last man on Earth leads an army full of beautiful women. Don't question it, it's a very good set-up. Players are also able to have sex with their soldiers, offering up the lewd element Nutaku's great hentai games are known for.

 Gameplay comes in the form of a grid where players move tank and personnel units from space to space and engage in combat with enemy units in a neighboring spot. It's a tried and true gameplay mechanic that requires strategy, and players aren't exactly rushed to take action. Players are graded at the end of combat based on speed, strength, and technique. You are also given cards related to your units, and they vary in rarity. Duplicate cards boost a girl's level, so these are good to find, especially if you're leveling a waifu, and especially if you're going for a lewd scene.

The girls have their own hentai scenes, a still image or something more interactive. The most the girl levels up, the more of the image is seen. You earn your hentai in this game. 

This is one of the rare hentai games where there is a real game to go with the lewd. It's one-stop for action and hentai. Real thought and effort is required for this game, and you are rewarded with seeing your favorite girl in lewd situations.
