I feel like alot of us may have played Genshin Impact the first time we heard about it, but dropped it after a few hours of playing it. But what was the reason for you dropping it? Was it because of the gacha system? I know a lot of people hate games with gacha systems. I really wanted to love the game, I really did. It’s fun and has a ton of cool characters, it’s just one reason I didn’t keep playing it. The multiplayer. 

I wish I could do this.

If the game had multiplayer, like actual multiplayer, I would play the hell out of the game. But sadly, it doesn’t. It has multiplayer, but it’s not what I wanted. Specific multiplayer dungeons can be unlocked, but I was hoping to experience the story with a buddy or two. But nope, the story is only single player, and locked to only you. Which seems like such a missed opportunity with a game that already feels like a multiplayer game and not a single player one. It already looks and feels like an MMO, why not just make it one.

"Come one, lets go have a non multiplayer experience."

So yeah, I’m sad everytime I think of what Genshin Impact could have been, and what it’s not. Maybe one day they’ll make the whole Genshin Impact a multiplayer experience, but I doubt it. But hey, some of you guys might disagree and still play the game. What’s your reason for still playing it if you are?
