If I’ve timed this right, this article should be releasing moments away from the start of the next Guilty Gear Strive beta test. I can only imagine how immensely hype my dick is going to be at that point in time as I’m currently writing this several days in the past and it’s still at half mast from the hype. In honor of this event (which is free by the way in case you’re interested, anyone can try out the beta) I thought it appropriate to see what everyone thinks about the female lineup for the series. Now I’m gonna come out and say I’m a bit biased as I don’t know as much about some of the characters who debuted early in the series and you know damn well I don’t play the game for its story mode. That means I’m mostly going off of their looks and how they portray their personalities during matches with a dash of information from the Guilty Gear wiki. Additionally I’m not going to consider any girls who aren’t playable characters in the main fighting games. With that out of the way…

A.B.A

Emo boys to the front of the line, we’ve got a sad looking Kingdom Hearts character over here. Armed with her trusty Keyblade, A.B.A is ready to take names. This is a character I’m not as familiar with, but the Wiki states she’s very shy due to her lack of knowledge about the world. Underneath her fear of people lives a warm soul who doesn’t want to hurt others though. She does seem to have a very soft spot for her living axe ( to the point of jealousy), which means you’re gonna have to outshine it in order to win her heart.

Baiken

Going in alphabetical order has landed us a fan favorite almost right out of the gate. Baiken hasn’t been announced for Strive yet but considering her popularity it might only be a matter of time. Sporting one of the fattest racks in GG, Baiken is a one-armed badass who doesn’t let a missing limb stop her from beating ass on the regular. She’s a sworn warrior looking for revenge so if you’re looking for the sweet little girl next door, keep looking.

Bridget

Now going in the polar opposite direction, we have Bridget. A fun loving and friendly girl who doesn’t hesitate to try and make friends with the cast. If you’re looking for the girl next door… wait a minute, I’ve just been informed that Bridget is actually a guy. Huh. Well if you are looking for a trap to get your socks off in Guilty Gear we have that too baby. See this is the spice of variety that’s kept the series alive for so long. 

Dizzy

The daughter of Justice, Dizzy is a half-Gear who’s only 8 years old. Now I know what you’re thinking but fear not as the lore explains that she’s matured at a rapid rate thanks to being half-Gear and possessed a true mental age of 20 by the time she was three. A pacifist looking for friendship, Dizzy is cute as hell waifu material. Unfortunately speaking of hell, you’ll have to impress her two guardians to ensure your own survival. That being said, aren’t great things worth fighting for?

Elphelt

Looking for a cute bunny girl to take home to momma? Look no further, but you better be prepared to take her home for life. Obsessed with finding marriage and true love, Elphelt is ready to settle down and start a long life together. Her love for nature and animals matched with an optimistic outlook is sure to keep you happy for the years to come.

Giovanna

A new addition to the roster from Strive, Giovanna is here to shake things up. If you’re one of those paranoid fuckers who needs a strong girl to protect you, Gio is here to save the day. She has plenty of experience guarding as she works in a special operations unit that protects the president of the United States (no I did not make that up). A bit rude and lacking social skills, Gio is the type of girl to act lazy when things are calm yet ready to step up and get serious during the hard times. Her strong protective instinct for animals and children reveals her true nature behind a rough exterior.

I-No

Hide your dick, the dommy mommy is here. Sporting a wicked guitar I-No is ready to cheat, steal, abuse, curse, and sexually insult her opponents on her way to the top. Her calm facade will quickly erode anytime she’s challenged and reveal her violent temper. You better be looking to get stepped on if you’re thinking about picking her for your waifu. She loves fun things so you better have a long list of activities ready, otherwise you may find your own pain becoming the entertainment.

Jack-O

Don’t let the pumpkin mask scare you off! A little personality disorder never hurt a relationship. Jack-O’s tight suit and sexy proportions make a name for herself even in this stacked lineup, but you’ll be paying the price of nearly entering into a relationship with two people. Jack-O has both a childlike and an adult personality so you’ll have to be patient as she grows and stabilizes more into her mature self. The Wiki says she’s quickly becoming more of an adult as time passes, so I guess it’s a testament that good things cum to those who wait.

Jam

One of the few characters who fights with nothing but her bare fists, Jam is serving up some combos for these boys to eat. In addition to fighting she spends her pastime cooking in order to hone her skills as a master chef. Pair all that with an energetic personality and I know it sounds like some good wife material to me.

Justice

Okay I’ll make this brief. Justice is a female Gear, which means you can fuck her in some way, probably. She was created for killing in the name of Justice so the first date is probably going to be a hard conversation. To each his own though.



Kum Haehyun

Kum really skipped the process of having her father beat your ass after bringing her home late and just built a father robot herself and hopped in that shit. Not one to mince words, Kum is a serious and passionate person who always gives her 100%. She has a high standard for herself and for others so you better be ready to give your all to this relationship in exchange. After all, isn’t your partner supposed to push you to be your best?

May

Don’t let her childish demeanor fool you, May is supposedly some age over 20 according to people who played Xrd’s story. Sporting a cheerful personality and a love for dolphins, May is sure to keep your spirits flying high as you search for the next adventure together. Personally I’m a big fan of her new design too, those shorts are doing it for me. She also isn’t likely to kill you for making a mistake, which can’t be said for a good portion of these girls.

Millia Rage

I still haven’t learned how to block correctly against this woman, and I can’t block her charms either. In Strive Millia has quite the conservative outfit, but no amount of heavy coasts could conceal those hips. She’s not very expressive compared to others on the roster but she’s slowly learning to be emotive and break out of her cold shell over time. If you like the strong silent type, then you’re probably looking at a possible contender for best girl. 

Ramlethal

Last on the list comes Ramlethal equipped with her thighs of justice. As a Valentine (not human)  she’s still drying to develop emotions and become more personable, and considering she has a pet dog now in Strive I’d say she’s well on that road. The Wiki notes she’s pretty stoic but will make it clear that she’s unhappy when someone is treated like a tool or doll. 

Shit that ended up being a bit longer than I thought. Personally speaking Ramlethal is definitely my kind of girl on looks, more doujins would be appreciated. Personality wise though I might have to say Giovanna. She seems more like a girl you can joke around with and chill while still knowing she has your back at the end of the day.
