Trish is JoJo's Best Girl (So Far)

This season of JoJo is as wild as ever. The gang have encountered all manner of lethal and fabulous stand users on their quest to stop the drug trade in Italy. In this week's episode (slight spoilers ahead) Giorno and his allies have finally cornered the mysterious Diavolo in the Colosseum (because what's the point in setting a story in Italy if the climactic battle isn't in the Colosseum?) but after an old face makes a comeback with the intent to assist them on their journey, things go awry and the squad enter a Freaky Friday situation, swapping their souls around.

Guido Mista happens to get lucky by getting stuck in the ripe young body of Trish Una, the sole female member of the group and daughter of the diabolic Boss. Of course, this led to plenty of provocative shots of Mista exploring Trish's body, much to her chagrin. This stood out since JoJo doesn't traditionally have as much female-centric fanservice as a lot of other anime, but it's welcome all the same.

Trish however was nowhere near as pleased to be placed in Mista's hairy, unwashed body. And if there's anything JoJo does best beside its sheer weirdness and unpredictability, it's providing great out-of-context moments.

Anyway, this made me think of how underrated Trish was as far as JoJo waifus go. Sure, she's a bit of a primadonna but she knows how to handle herself if her first appearance is anything to go by. And that was before she obtained her stand! She may have played a passive role, chilling in the tortoise room for most of the first half of the story when the rest of the gang had to escort her to her deadbeat dad, but she finally gets a time to shine during the Notorious B.I.G arc, finally awakening to the power of Spice Girl. And as the name might imply, she really is one of the most bangable stands.

Trish herself is obviously no slouch, either. I'm glad the anime finally got her the recognition she deserves, and with that comes fanart, especially the lewd kind.

Golden Wind may be the most metrosexual part of JoJo, but Trish saves if from being too homoerotic (not that there's anything wrong with that, obviously). Hopefully the wait for Stone Ocean's anime adaptation isn't too long, because I cannot wait for lewds of the true best girls Jolyne, Ermes and FF to blow up in the same way.
