In a show of advancement in technology, and raising the bar for other fans, a life-size Unicorn Gundam has appeared in Odaiba. First appearing in the series Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn and piloted by Banagher Links against series antagonist Full Frontal, the series has received wide critical acclaim. 

The Unicorn Gundam and its projection mapping were pure eye candy for onlookers. The show was mostly about human advancement in space travel before showing the story of Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn.

This mech replaced the previous life-sized RX-78-2 Gundam, which first appeared in the original Mobile Suit Gundam and famously piloted by Amuro Ray, which stood in Odaiba for 5 years.
