That's Not My Lola Bunny
By ImJustThatKinky • 3 years ago

We’ve been asking for a new Space Jam for a while now. It’s an old classic that mixed real life people and cartoon characters all in one movie. But the thing is, we didn’t ask for a new Lola Bunny design.

With Space Jam 2 now being shown, people are getting a good look at the movie and it’s cast. Bugs looks like his usual gray and goofy self, but Lola on the other hand, seems to have gone through a few changes. It’s not really that surprising in this day in age though. Media nowadays are determined to put more clothes on female characters and less fat in some places. Desexualizing female characters is a huge thing at the moment, but Twitter user InspectorNerd showed that there are many ways to sexualize a character beside downgrading their hips and boobs.

When I look at this chart, it makes me notice that I think the clothes are what matters most when it comes to sexualizing a character. Her rocking that crop top was the problem, not her tits and ass. So get this girl another boob job and just put more clothes on her. Stop body shaming females, movie industry. At least we have artists around to help fix their wrong.

Now this is my Lola Bunny.

Are you excited for Space Jam 2? What do you think about Lola’s new design? What do you think sexualizes females the most? Tell us in the comments.
