Mushoku Tensei has a surprisingly good balance of serious moments and fan service. I know a lot of people are turned off by a perverted main character, but I love Rudeus and all his perverted antics. His perverted acts started with his mom, the maid and Roxy, but then he started perving on Sylphie and Eris. Which is totally fine right? Kids will be kids, and he’s a growing boy. But then I remembered, oh wait, this is actually a 34 year old man.

Said like a true perverted old man.

It’s weird, I feel like the perverted actions he does to Sylphie and Eris are completely okay and just him being childish. But then I remember that he’s actually a grown ass man and think to myself, “Is this okay?” Does this guy even have the right to find these two characters attractive? Even though he's a child, he’s still an adult in mind. So is he a pedo for thinking these girls are attractive and having feelings for them?

I’m going to have to give Rudeus a pass. Sure it’s kind of weird for him to be an adult fawning over kids, but he’s still a child himself. He can’t go chasing after adult women, unless the adult women are pedos. He also could wait till their older to make a move on them, but wouldn’t that be considered grooming at that point? He’s living in a fantasy, medieval world. People could marry kids and fuck their sisters back then. So I say, LET THE MAN GO!!! Let him perv on his loli girlfriends. The man waited 34 years already, don’t let him wait any longer.
