I came across this gem and decided to give it a go. It promised a solid RPG experience, and given how little effort is put into normla eroges, since the sex tends to be the point, I gave it a go. Surprisingly, Explorers of Abyss is actually good. It's a hack 'n slash title, and has a nice retro feel to it. The circle Flying Panjandrum did a good job.

All said, it's a solid game, given the two-thousand hours put into it. The story, from what I could gather, is standard medieval RPG fair. The gameplay is fun and well-designed. The art, as is clear, is definitely good. If you're able to, give it a look.
