I hate censorship as much as the next guy, but I have to be honest and say sometimes, people go over the top with their complaints. Like the many people complaining about 2B being censored in Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising.
Snooze has already written an article on 2B joining the Granblue cast already, so Iโm just here to talk about the โcensoringโ people are complaining about. Now what is truly the definition of censorship? Is it censoring something that was originally provocative or showy? Or, is it when something is supposed to be provocative, but the creators decided not to. I feel like the former is more so where I lean towards when it comes to censorship, so thatโs why I donโt see this inclusion of 2B in Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising as censoring.
You arenโt able to see 2B panties no matter how hard she fights or flips on the screen. Which doesn't bother me. Itโs not like if you buy the Japanese version, youโll be able to see her panties and itโs just in the English version. No, no matter what region, 2Bโs panties are not visible, and I have no problems with that.
Now if her panties were visible in the Japanese version of the game, but not in the English/western version, then I would understand people's argument, but I feel like this is a stretch. If itโs not a change they took away from the original, then why are people complaining? This seems like one of those times people felt like getting mad just to get mad. Like fuck, just be happy and hype that we got 2B in GRANBLUE FANTASY VERSUS: RISING!!!! THE BEST FIGHTING GAME EVER!!!
Do you think this should be considered censoring? Are you happy to get 2B in Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising? Have you played Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising? Tell us in the comments.
Thats because youre not a real man. a man with a burning passion for the beauty of the female figure of the mystery of the skirt of the holy sight that is a cute girls panties. reflect on your own weakening masculinity.
A teens-aimed fighting games, that feature females in short skirts, and is easy to mod.
Happy New Years, everyone.
