It's been reported, and confirmed by SE, that copies of the long-awaited game have been stolen. It's suspected that the thief worked for a distribution chain and walked off with over 30 copies of the X-Box version of Kingdom Hearts III. Plans were made and some video was taken so the thief could make a tidy profit off their ill gains. It's confirmed that at least some copies were sold. Mr. Nomura also confirmed that the ending and epilogue would be downloads, so those can't be ruined for the fans, at least.



The theft of these copies was confirmed by Tetsuya Nomura on twitter via the KH twitter feed. 



For a bit of justice, it's been reported that the thief was caught.
