Ash Is Leaving The Pokemon Anime

It’s been a long journey, and I mean, a LONG journey. But it finally happened. Ash has finally become the Pokemon World Champion after 25 years. So, with nothing more for him left to do, he’s moving on and giving the spotlight to two new trainers.

With Ash leaving, the two new main characters, Riko and Roy, will be the star of the show starting some time in April 2023. It’s a really big step for Pokemon, and a bold choice. I feel like this change was needed and has been a long time coming, but it’s also a very impactful change. We’ve been following Ash and his buddies for so long, it’s going to be crazy following someone else after a 25 year journey. I’m excited to see how this affects the Pokemon series as a whole and how these new MCs turn out. Also can’t wait to see how the Pokemon fandom decides to lewd Riko and her sexy ass. I also really hope that Ash isn’t completely done with the anime. I hope his 10 year curse is finally lifted and we can see him return as an older Ash. Almost like how we see Red become a total badass.

Maybe this Ash is too cool.

Are you excited for the new Pokemon MCs? Do you think Ash will return as an adult? How do you think Ash leaving will affect the Pokemon anime? Tell us in the comments.

The only thing that mattered to me was "Welcome Back, Butterfree!"

25 years huh? Seems just like yesterday i was watching the first season. For the life of me i can't recall what station(i want to say Kids WB but that doesn't seem right). How many seasons did Ash go through, and how many female trainers with burnt bikes did he get? I recall the third being the one a left the series for.
... ... ... ... ...God i fell old.

Do we have to say goodbye to Jessie and James and Meowth as well? I can accept Ash leaving, but Team Rocket? I'm not sure I'm ready for that.

No more Ash, that's kinda depressing though... Well I could tell Myself that He's retiring with His Harem of all the Chicks He met on His Journey.

At last, Ash can finally grow up to be the fine ripe old age of 11 years, the true mark of a retired homeless trainer.

Well, time for him to doff his cap and head off into the sunset to a new life. Jeez I started elementary when he was the fresh protagonist starting his journey. And what a ride it was.

FINALLY!!!! I have been waiting for this. I stopped with Sun and Moon because the art style took steps back, not to mention Ash seemed to lose all the maturity he had accumulated. Well, we'll see what happens

Not the point of ash to be champion he still hasn't got every pokemon and filled the pokedex ash was the constant in the pokemon universe really the only reason people watch the show to begin with a step in the wrong direction and hopefully nobody watches the new show and he comes back older and finally get some development and starts getting every pokemon
