Kasaix: Hello Doujin Army! I’m here with another truly talented artist, the one and only rud-k! I’ve been following his work for quite some time, and finally decided to reach out for an interview. To my delight, he accepted! His work is amazing. The girls are all cute and sexy, and they come from a variety of sources.
But I’m getting ahead of myself. Thanks for taking the time to hang out. How’s it going, rud-k?
rud-k: Hi,Kasaix! And hello Everyone! Thank you for this opportunity.
Kasaix: Let’s start at the top, could you tell me how you first got into art?
rud-k: well, ever since I was little, I like to watch some cartoons and kamen rider, read some superhero comic or manga and then I start drawing some doodles of my favourite character/heroes. I drew a lot of kamen rider and some superhero stuff until my college year.
Kasaix: Did you go to an art school, or are you all self taught?
rud-k: at first I learned from some drawing tutorial books and then I went to college, take Art major class. After I finished my college , I still have a lot to learn so I self taught until now.
Kasaix: What are your favorite characters and themes to draw?
rud-k: It’s very hard tough question because I have so many favourite characters.
But perhaps I can say I like Overwatch characters, especially Mercy.
As for my themes to draw, I like to draw any NSFW stuff with sexy mature women.
Sometimes draw some fanart from anime, games, movies and make it sexy.
Kasaix: Do you have any original characters?
rud-k: well, I used to have one Original character back when I join a RP group at Deviantart called Canvas Ranger. But now I rarely draw it.
Kasaix: What do you feel is your best picture yet, and why?
rud-k: another tough question, but I’d say my halloween overwatch pic with witch mercy and dragon symetrra. The way both characters give pleasure with such sexiness make a perfect match for halloween theme.
Kasaix: Where do you get the inspiration for your projects from?
rud-k: My Inspiration of my project mostly from the internet, I like to browse some art website like gelbooru, doujins.com , etc. and follow a 
lot of great artists, their artwork help me motivated and give a huge inspiration too.
Kasaix: How long does it typically take you to finish a project?
rud-k: well, that depends on the complexity of the project. For single character project takes one or two days, if the project consists multiple characters with additional background it might takes a week.
Kasaix: Is there a project you'd really like to work on in the future?
rud-k: well, I’d like to do some doujins and I’m still working on other commission so we’ll see.
Kasaix: What setup do you use to draw?
rud-k: I use Paint tool Sai and Photohsop for all my artwork but sometimes I’d like to draw it using traditional tools like pencils and pens. As for digital I use wacom bamboo.
Kasaix: Where does your username come from?
Rud-k: the username came from my name and I can’t come up with something unique so I use my name but only use some of the name and adding a “- “ between rud and k.
