How many of you guys have checked out Wuthering Waves? Snooze has already played it and written an article up on it, while I’ve been waiting for it to release on Playstation before diving head first into it. Well, if you have been playing Wuthering Waves, or just following it, I’m wondering if you're also going crazy and simping for the latest character, Yinlin.



Yinlin just dropped, and she made every gacha lover and player go crazy. Wuthering Waves might not be known for its good story, or voice acting, but the game does have some cool and nice character designs, which Yinlin demonstrates well. She’s a hot dominatrix dommy mommy type, with scarlet red hair, and pointy elf ears. But, if you’re a fan of Hoyoverse games, she might remind you of someone.

I’m not saying that Wuthering Waves is copying Genshin, it's just something I notice. But with Yinlin now available in the game, people are finally starting to call Wuthering Waves the Genshin killer, since once she dropped, Wuthering Waves skyrocketed to the number one game in the Japan app store.

But this doesn’t really mean too much in the grand scheme of things. Yinlin is a hottie, and I’m not surprised a lot of people who play gacha games would want her, but it’s not like Genshin haven’t seen crazy spikes like this when characters like Raiden Shogun was introduced, so Genshin is still alive and well. But, I do wonder how long Wuthering Waves will stand by Genshin, or will it soon fizzle away like Tower of Fantasy. I’ve been seeing a good chunk of Wuthering Waves porn, so that’s already a better sign. All I need now is some doujins, and then Genshin will have some real competition.
