A great teacher is as rare as a shiny legendary Pokemon. They inspire their students to greatness, and help them reach their goals. It's rare for a teacher to go above and beyond for their students. There's certainly no monetary incentive, public school teachers are woefully underpaid for the task they're given. 

A teacher molding young minds in Japan has taken up the task to use anime characters to inspire students. Given the utter quality of work, I would say that they were either inspired, or dead inside.
