When Senran Kagura's original producer Kenichiro Takaki departed Marvelous to create Kandagawa Jet Girls, many were left wondering if the busty ninja beat 'em up series will ever return. After the crossover DLC in KJG, the Kagura girls will appear in a brand new game alongside Hyperdimension Neptunia's console waifus.

Senran Nin Nin Ninja Taisen Neptune is the name of the upcoming action RPG developed by Tamsoft, Acquire and Compile Heart, where an invasion of machines interrupts two ninja schools' battles for supremacy. Neptune (of course), Blanc, Vert and Noire are representing the Neptunia side, while Asuka, Miyabi, Homura and Yumi are here on behalf of Senran Kagura.

It may be a while until the next full Senran Kagura release, but this should be enough to hold the fans over for now, or at least let Marvelous know that the demand is there for a new stand-alone Senran KaguraSenran Nin Nin Ninja Taisen Neptune releases on August 26 in Japan for PS4.

Are you looking forward to this crossover? Let us know in the comments!

as a senran kagura fan (daidoji fan only), and a neptunia (noir all the way) this is pretty interesting hope it does not flop too terribly

Who was the crazy bastard to come up with idea? There are to many marketable anime girls in one game, any console will explode!

This sounds interesting, thanks for the heads up. Until the next Senran Kagura game arrives this will do.

I was afraid Senran Kagura was dead, so glad to hear about this. I never got into Neptunia but I'm willing to give it a try.
