Genshin Impact just dropped free Alternate Outfits, which are partial redesigns for four of their female characters. They might make alternate redesign skins for other characters in the future, but these are the four that they have so far.

They have alternate redesigns for Jean, Amber, Rosaria, and Mona default costumes. Luckily, these will not be replacing the character's old outfit, which was my biggest fear. I was thinking this was a redesign that came to be because of censoring. But, even if that’s the case, we’ll still be able to rock our old fits. Now that that fear is out of the way, let’s talk about the actual redesigns. All the costumes seem to be more clothed and less revealing, which could either be good or bad, depending on who you are. I feel like more clothes on Jean and Amber make sense, especially Jean. She’s the acting grand master, her looking more knightly and stiff, fits her character, so I actually like her redesign. Rosaria is supposed to be the opposite of all the other nuns, so her old revealing costume shows that. But her new outfit still keeps that vibe with the creepy and gothic look that it gives off. But the Mona redesign, now that one, is just tragic. Not only does it cover up Mona sexy and fat ass, it also is just an ugly design all together. #FreeMona’sAss

We must save this fat ass.

So nothing to panic over, since we’ll still be keeping the old designs. Just some fresh new looks just in case you want them. I’m excited to see if they give any other characters redesigns and if they’ll also be free.
