Wriggle is not a male. This is a meme, due to the relative masculinity of Wriggle's outfit compared to the other members of team 9. The only canon male of importance to the Touhou project is Rinnosuke Morichika. I'm a filthy casual fan of this fandom, and I know this. It doesn't take much research to properly find meme/fanon from canon in this case. You're better than this Fuke.
