Uh, that title is just incorrect. It should be something like:
"Tomoko, the housewife who fell to futanari dick"
This is the title in romaji:
"Tomoko Futanari Chinpo ni Ochita Hitozuma"
...For the record, I totally pulled that from another source. The romaji, that is.
