I wouldn't put her on a top ten list. probably because she goes with such a wimpy protagonist. I think I go more for smug in my anime females. I'd go for more of a form fitting pilot suit for an outfit. she didn't meet the proper ratio for me, I'd have to watch it again to pinpoint exactly where it failed for me, but it wasn't something I wanted to watch.

The voice actress be knowing what she be doing and is good at voice control. But hey, that’s just my biased opinion.
The voice is spot on looks like the one of the dub.
