BB is a backup AI created by the Matou Sakura AI from Fate/Extra, representing Sakura's feelings for the protagonist. In short, BB went rogue in an attempt to save the Extra protagonist from their fate (or something like that). She was granted a servant class of 'MoonCancer' and was made summonable in Grand Order.
