The normal Pink and Blue haired lady duo reminds me of the Twin Magical girls you find from Kagami's Taimanin Asagi series as well.

To be honest it looks like the blend of Taimanin Asagi series by Kagami. The long blue hair lady resembles Aihara who wears a white outfit with a Halibred as a weapon. The Blonde reminds me of Chizuru who wears a red outfit.
