Like, why do we have to make it weird. What’s the point in making the character trans? If you want to do that, I guess you can draw it yourself, or commission it. I don’t really get the reason for asking for it. Let the artist draw what they want, and enjoy it or not. 

Also, the artist might not draw NSFW, but that doesn’t mean others aren’t. Some good amount of fan art has come out of this, NSFW or not.
