What makes a good source for translation?

• Popular artist and/or series
• Good quality artwork
• The scan is high quality
• The language is Japanese and not Korean or Chinese
• The content is not too extreme or offensive, eg. we don't usually translate lolicon, bestiality, scat, guro, etc.
• The content isn't already licensed for distribution in the USA by another company
