Ren’Py is a pretty simple visual novel program to use, that’s why you’d see a lot of low effort hentai visual novels being made. But sometimes, among all the cum covered shovelware visual novels, you’ll spot that tentacle dripping jem of a game, that’s built with love, and treated with care. That diamond under the rough today is a game called Cock Cafe.

I talked about Cock Cafe before, an idea from the weird mind of artist and animator, CherriiP. There’s only a demo out for now, but you can already tell how much passion has been put into just the demo, from the art, writing, voice acting, gameplay, and ANIMATIONS!!!

The game has animated scenes sprinkled here and there. Beautiful and smooth, bringing a lot of life to an otherwise static image. There’s also a simple coffee making mini game to mix up the usual heavy reading that visual novels are known for. But if I had to think of another big highlight of the game, it would have to be Cherry, the main female character.

I could play this game for just Cherry alone. IShe’s a girl with so much personality that you just gravitate to wanting to know more about her. This is elevated even more with her being fully voiced by Gina Galore, who did an amazing job in her role. I’m hoping for more and different girls in the full version, but if Cherry has to be my only waifu, I’ll be okay with that.
