You might remember an article from a couple of months ago: "Dine While Looking At Pantsu". We discussed a diner showcasing the works of 40Hara, a series of women flashing their panties while giving the viewer a disgusted look. Well, there's an anime in the works about just that. While the details are sparce, we know enough to have a lewd interest. 

The title of the series is "I Want You To Make a Disgusted Face and Show Me Your Underwear", or in Japanese "Iya na Kao Sare Nagara Opantsu Misete Moraitai". The shortened title is "Iyapan". There's little information about the series right now. It's going to air sometime in 2018, with the following voice cast:

While we have no idea what the plot is even going to be about, given that the title is "I Want You To Make a Disgusted Face and Show Me Your Underwear", we can theorize. In 1999, there was a series titled "Colorful".

The premise was simple: guys go to great lengths to peek at women's panties, cleavage, and so on. They would face the consequences of their actions, such as when they try to peak at a girl's panties while riding bikes, and they crash into something because they weren't paying attenion.

Given the title, it would be easy to see the series follow some formula used in Colorful: girl begrudgingly flashing their panties while giving a disgusted looks in various situations.
