Let’s end off Black History Month with an actually good, and happy article. No controversy here...well, maybe a little controversy. Anime doesn’t have a tone of black characters, but they have definitely been more and more as the years go by. Yoruichi is one of the most known and popular black characters in anime. But just like in the Nessa article I wrote, some say that Yoruichi isn’t black. And sure, I guess they never stated that she was black, but it’s okay to believe right. She has brown skin, and she transforms into a black cat. That’s enough reason for me to consider her black.

Yoruichi was easily one of the hottest black female characters in anime. But with the new hot black characters coming out, is that still true till this day? I know a lot of people love Nessa, so Youruichi may have already been dethroned of that title.
