Vic Lost the Battle, But Did He Lose the War?
By ImJustThatKinky • 4 years ago

The verdict is in, and the judge has dismissed everyone of Vic Mignogna claims, which can be read in this PDF. Many people said that they saw this coming, even the people on Vic side thought this was going to happen. While KickVic is celebrating this win, why is IStandWithVic not down in the dumps about this lost? Well that’s because Vic and his lawyer can still go in and ask for an appeal.

People who were in the courtroom said that the judge didn’t even give Vic’s lawyer the time or day when presenting their evidence. How credible this information might be? I don’t know. But if this is true, then I can completely see why they’d want to go for an appeal. But I want to make this clear. Even if the appeal doesn’t work and the court still dismisses Vic, that doesn’t mean he’s guilty of anything that’s been claimed against him. The court and judge can say all they want, but that doesn’t mean that they’re right. And this statement goes both ways. Even if the court says he’s innocent, doesn’t make him innocent. The court system has failed many of times, I already talked about a judge letting an obvious rapist go. So at the end of the day, it’s up to you to decide if Vic is innocent or not with the evidence you have.

Just you wait. Once the appeal gets here, we’ll see who has the last laugh.

Do you think the judge made the right decision? Do you think Vic will go for an appeal? Do you think Vic is innocent? Tell us in the comments.
