Have you ever wanted to play a visual novel where you avoid seeing the sex scene…yeah me neither. But, if the story and the game play are fun and unique then maybe I could change my mind about that. Well Lisistrata is the visual novel that’s tries to do just that.

Lisistrata is a RPG Visual Novel that is inspired by Aristophanes’ ancient comedy, a story that revolves around Athenian women stopping a war using their charms. The game focus on the importance of tactics, choices, character progression and resource management.

The men of Acropolis have been at war for decades and have been neglect their wives in the process. So what’s the best way to stop men from going to war and listening to the wives again? Well it’s not talking to them and hoping they understand, guys are to stupid for that. It’s to hit them where it hurts, their pants. In the game, Protagonist, Lisistrata, is tasked with keeping all the women of Athens in check and keeping them away from the men of Acropolis.

Hey, I don't go to war, I'll be a stay at home man. So...can I have sex?

Now a said that this game as no H scenes and the goal is to avoid sex, which...it is. But the game main funding goal is 6,002. But, if they reach 25,000 the promise of H scenes will be added. I'm not sure how adding H scene to a game that is about saying fuck it to the guys, we're not going to have sex with them is going to work but it's an option. I'm not sure is this just a trick to put H scene behind a high tier just to bait people into donating more or what, but it's a tier none the less.
