By Yung Namahage • 5 years ago

A Western release may have already been announced for Arc System Works' take on Trigger's unique, fanservice fuelled action series, but now we finally know when to expect it.

The game is set to be released in Japan on July 25, and luckily us fans of the series won't have very long to wait until we can get our hands on it. One day, to be specific - Kill la Kill: IF will be out in worlwide on July 26 on Nintendo Switch and PS4. The Steam release will coincide with the Japanese release date - July 25.

Here's a look at the Collector's Edition, exclusive to the PS4 and Switch versions and is limited to a combined limited run of 1,500 copies, so best be quick if you want to get your hands on it. Included alongside the game is an original artbook and soundtrack, as well as a cute Mak-roquette squeeze toy.

Will you be preordering the game? Who will you play as first? Personally, I can't wait to main Mako. It might be a while til she's playable, but hey, at least she's free.
