Yeah, we don't know either. The producers of the second season of Kemono Friends are really interested in potential voice actresses three sizes. In a tweet seen HERE, the application is telling. I mean, if you can read it. 

The application, that has some heads turning, is asking the standard things like names, addresses, and so on. However, it gets weird as it asks for their hip, waist, and bust sizes. This is a voice gig, right? They need to voice characters like this:

Funnily enough, things like past vocal work and education are optional. That’s right, your bust size, and not any past experience, is required if you want to land a role on the Kemono Friends anime.

The voice actresses will be asked to do some idol work, perhaps some singing or appearances on stages. It's well-known that voice work comes with stuff like that. Some actors have even spoken out against the practice. So the producers defense makes sense...from that angle. It's not a great angle by any means. The three sizes question is mandatory, but the previous experience or education questions are optional. That angle's not very good.
