The simple answer to this question is no, rich people aren’t evil. Obviously, some rich people are evil, but just being rich doesn’t make you evil. But some people believe in that, and also want to push the narrative that Metaphor: ReFantazio also believes in that statement.

Now, what pisses me off about this whole Metaphor is “woke” controversy, is that people are trying to pick and choose, and frame the game in a light that’s not true. Like, okay, if you want to call the game woke and shit on it, that’s on you. But show me actual facts from the game, don’t cut out dialogue from the scene to push your agenda. Isn’t that the same thing you get mad at the “woke” people for doing?

So yeah, stop the Metaphor and Catherina slander. The game does speak about racism and equality, that’s the theme of the game. But people who’s crying woke, or DEI just haven’t played the game and just want to bitch and complain about everything. It’s so crazy that a game that’s talking about equality focuses on, I don’t know, EQUALITY!!! The game isn’t shoving the topic down your throat, they bring it up when it’s necessary. All the other time the team is talking about killing monsters, finding treasures, and eating.

So fuck the haters and buy the game if you haven’t. I’m locking this down right now, this is my game of the year, and I’ve been enjoying the hell out of it and I can’t wait to finish writing this article so I can play some more.
